The call, which was described as an “election simulation,” featured New Yorker writers Jane Mayer, Masha Gessen, Andrew Marantz, Jelani Cobb, Evan Osnos, Sue Halpern and Dexter Filkins playing various roles in potential 2020 outcomes.
The incident occurred during what was supposed to be a 10-minute “strategy session” among the various role-playing groups. However, the sources told Vice that it “seemed like Toobin was on a second video call.”

Now just a cotton pickin’ minit here. Let’s be fair. Jeffry Toobin was inclusive and all that. He might have been moreso if he had had a circle of friends there with him, each handling the other’s little friend. But choking one’s chicken is not a hate crime. It’s merely bad manners to do so in the middle of a Zoom session and get caught.
I wonder if he is still in consideration for a SCOTUS nomination by Slow Joe .... he is a “hands on” type of guy.

I wondered whether the MSM (yes, I include FOX in that group now) was going to (1)attack or (2)ignore the current, very credible charges of election fraud. One commented on typos in the legal papers, the rest totally memory-holed it.
I see FOX elected for (2) as well.
But Brian Stelter of CNN said it was an ‘accident’ and that Toobin merely ‘exposed himself’. And if you believe that................
