Though I cannot recall the district...the voters were given all pink sharpies on Voting Day. Prior to that....normal pens were handed out to the voters to be used.
When challenged, Dominion said the pink sharpies worked just fine. And the STATE backed them up.
HOWEVER..... the particular version (Dominion Suite) required BLACK PEN to be used and that was IN THE CONTRACT between MI and Dominion. (That’s in the lawsuit)
So...most likely, they used that voting area to load it with Biden ballots during the after hours counting.

There’s at least one video clip from Fox (I think it’s them) or perhaps MSNBC... where as you’re watching them talk about votes for Pres Trump, the numbers flipped to Joe Biden.

The comment about the game and the Windows Update? Reflects the system was at one time hooked up on-line. These particular machines were never-EVER-ever to be hooked up on-line. That’s why Dominion, at the last minute had them reconfigured to work as WiFi...so the GOP and voters would not know they were internet working.... there were counties that didn’t know they were working via WiFi.

And, last, though not least...the ‘glitch,’ comment.
Dominion and the democrats called the 6000 votes given to Biden instead of Pres Trump a glitch because to do anything else would have required a RECERTIFICATION of the machine. And at that point, they would have easily identified other incidents on that one machine. Then the Dominion machines overall would have had to be recertified.
Yes, it’s fairly obvious with the information you opted not to share and the extremely simple-minded way you wrote/typed that you didn’t want to finish reading it correctly or reading legal complaints are way above your paygrade.

The legal grounds are solid for her lawsuit.
That said, while I am sincerely petition the Lord God in the name of Jesus to help us, those folks in the black robes on the Supreme Court cannot be counted on to vote true to the Constitution.
Still, it’s a good and large thing Sidney’s team has done.

Heavily redacted for sure. This is not merely “sensitive”, this is TS/SCI//G[amma] type stuff. Judges will have to be “Read-In” to even see or hear this evidence. But shouldn’t be a problem with Trump.

I was stunned where I read that in some states vote tampering could get a person only a year in prison or a $1,000 fine.
Vote tampering and especially whole-sale vote tampering should be getting people decades in prison. I’m old fashioned that way, I guess.

Nice to know that we have so many Nobel caliber IT & data scientists here, not to mention lawyers who Trump should have placed on Federal Courts. I understand apprehension about whether the legal system will function as it should. However, if the keyboard warriors here are so much better than Sidney Powell, Lin Wood and Giuliani, and their experts, why didn’t you file your own, more perfect court challenges? A grateful nation would lionize you.

Wouldn’t each count of vote tampering get one year? Find 10,000 votes tampered with and they get a 10,000 year sentence. Even with good behavior, they are done.

Yeah, that little comment she made has just been hanging in the air waiting to come home. Nobody wanted to touch it. Now, we understand what she meant. How did she know? Perhaps our favorite jug-eared jackass told her, they both being of the same stripe, so so speak.
Unless the formatting problems are some sort of a post-filing display issue, she’ll likely have to correct and refile. I would expect pretty much any judge to reject the pleading based on that, especially if it’s a hostile court looking for an excuse to do so.

I was stunned to see the SIGINT guy’s name used in the brief, as the information that was briefly outlined, as I said is tantamount to an act of war.
It appears that the Brennan cabal is alive and well within the bowels of the CIA/NSA. Gina Haspel is Brennan’s gal, and was station chief in England, under Brennan for two tours. Also, she was part of the Brits complicity (via GCHQ) in the Russia collusion story. Why she is still the director, is stunning.
