Though I cannot recall the district...the voters were given all pink sharpies on Voting Day. Prior to that....normal pens were handed out to the voters to be used.

When challenged, Dominion said the pink sharpies worked just fine. And the STATE backed them up.

HOWEVER..... the particular version (Dominion Suite) required BLACK PEN to be used and that was IN THE CONTRACT between MI and Dominion. (That’s in the lawsuit)

So...most likely, they used that voting area to load it with Biden ballots during the after hours counting.

I think you are conflating a couple of different things. The sharpies were black but spoiled the ballots. The pink highlighters were used to cure mail-in ballots, but the machine couldn’t read them and they had to be cured again.
