It is not an allegation. It is an undisputed fact.
It is a fact. A friend of mine was one of them. He told me before it hit the news.
I am laughing at that other poster’s concept that “new” allegations are more important than “old” ones.
In a court filing, you need _everything_ on the record, new or old.
That is kinda obvious. :-)
