Collins earned that seat .. everyone thought it was a given.. you know a senate seat is not just GIVEN. .and not given to an unknown. her husband works for the stock market and she sold some of hers night before she would have lost money... she is considered one of the wealthiest whatever... I don’t like her.
she sent out political ads attacking Collins.. all lies.. I got them in the mail.. I did not receive any nor see any from Collins... and it serves kemp right to see he is in a mess... but he has put us all in a mess. just think kemp is at the center of whether the dems control the senate or not...and he could have done the right thing and this would not be an issue!
With all this.. stacey abrams was the other choice and kemp was a better choice.. it comes down to bad and worse.

Point conceded, as I'd never even heard of an OCR.
You seem to know what you're talking about, just for my own edification, why would an OCR be available and not the PDF?

Many legal and senstitive business docs are transmitted as PDFs, as they are distinct, encapsulated documents that can be write-protected.
PDFs can also be made searchable, so I do not know why the Court makes gibberish OCRs from them.
But whenever we read a misprint of “District” on line 1, we know we are dealing with the OCR fairy.
I’m going to guess that they auto-OCR everything on intake so that the automated system can route the documents.

It’s OCR. Only a machine can mangle text like that.

A true grammar error wouldn’t be from OCR - so I might be wrong in what I just told Sentinel.
Or perhaps you are using ‘grammatical’ in a very general sense?
