Pro-Trump attorney Sidney Powell said the Trump presidency will be "saved" with a "massive" lawsuit in Georgia she plans to drop by Wednesday. Powell contended Trump was "elected in an absolute landslide nationwide" in an interview Tuesday with Lou Dobbs.
"I think no later than tomorrow," Powell said of the lawsuit. "It's just going to be -- it's a massive document. And it's going to have a lot of exhibits."
"Do you think that we're going to see the Trump presidency saved?" Dobbs asked.
"Yes, I definitely do," Powell answered. "There's no issue in my mind but that he was elected in an absolute landslide nationwide."
"There's no doubt that the software was created and used in Venezuela to control the elections and make sure that Hugo Chavez was always reelected as the dictator of Venezuela, in what appeared to be -- quote -- "free and fair elections" -- end quote," she said. "But they were manipulated by the software used in the Dominion machines and used by other machines in the United States, frankly. And we are just continuing to be inundated by evidence of all the frauds here, and every manner and means of fraud you could possibly think of."

Powell and Wood seem to be the only ones with any real legal chops who are actually doing anything. Giuliani and Ellis are more like a PR firm than actual lawyers but keep tripping over their message.
We’ll just have to play with the cards we were dealt, I suppose. If it fails there will be more than enough time for a post-mortem analysis, of which Trump himself would have to play a part, but now is not the time.

If the evidence Sidney presents is compelling and proven the entire filthy seditious mess may not even go to the SCOTUS. What legislative body wants to be stamped with aiding and abetting so great a sedition, so great an aiding of our enemies?
Wrong. The Governor and SOS are acting like they are corrupt. The fact they will have had 2 recounts and still not review signatures in either is perfect proof. The choice to audit the signatures during the recounts is completely up the discretion of the SOS, who has refused. The Governor asked once, publicly, for them to be reviewed, but has done nothing legally or politically to make it actually happen.
Don’t know to what you’re referring. I have no reason to turn the tables against you. My only concern , or want, in this case is to see Trump turn the tables on the cheaters, those that have no regard for our Constitution and those that no longer adhere to the traditional American belief in fair play and remaining within the rules. Rudy is correct that all these judges acting on these motions to dismiss is a travesty of justice. They are ruling they don’t believe the evidence, but that is not what motions to dismiss are supposed to be based on. Evidence is to be considered legitimate, else it wouldn’t be brought before the court. The trial is where the evidence is supposed to be judged. Motions to dismiss are supposed to be on technical grounds.
