Wrong. The Governor and SOS are acting like they are corrupt. The fact they will have had 2 recounts and still not review signatures in either is perfect proof. The choice to audit the signatures during the recounts is completely up the discretion of the SOS, who has refused. The Governor asked once, publicly, for them to be reviewed, but has done nothing legally or politically to make it actually happen.
