Rudy is correct that all these judges acting on these motions to dismiss is a travesty of justice. They are ruling they don’t believe the evidence, but that is not what motions to dismiss are supposed to be based on. Evidence is to be considered legitimate, else it wouldn’t be brought before the court. The trial is where the evidence is supposed to be judged. Motions to dismiss are supposed to be on technical grounds.
