Looks like not a slab, but a construction of sheets of metal. The site is about 400 yards downhill from a desert dirt road.

It was supposed to be a wall to keep the aliens out of Utah but they ran out of money to finish it after the first metal post went up.

I'll show this to the wife.

Perhaps she'll change from, "Get rid of that JUNK!!!", to, "What nice yard art!"

I've a collection of 3 1 ton Chevy vans, 2 Jeeps: one Grand Cherokee and a Compass, and 4 1/2 Opel GT's.

I could add little accents with the nearly dozen or so other riding lawmowers, roto-tillers and mini-bikes that I've also promised to get running again, "One of these days."

Go upriver (Colorado) from that spring along Utah 128 a mile or so to Negro Bill canyon.

You can then hike up the little creek another mile or so to morning glory arch; which may have some water leaking from the rocks there; too.

I saw no turtles there, although the potential for skulls is high; considering that rock climbers swing off of their ropes in that location.

It is a parallel cyrodemium paradox reflector.

Each of the dots on the edges are capacitive cells that power the reflective transmissions. The device is described in the 1987 white paper published by the International Cyrodemium Society in Calgary
