Sidney Powell Claims That Dominion Is 'Shredding Documents'

Sidney Powell joined Larry O'Connor for an exclusive interview about her legal case on behalf of the Trump campaign in the 2020 presidential election.

O'Connor pushed her about her claims that computer software used in the election, particularly Dominion Voting Systems, has been tainted, and he wondered how she would prove it. For starters, Powell said that her legal team has pictures of votes being manipulated in real-time.

"It is terrifying, and it is a huge national security issue," Powell said. "Why the Department of Justice and FBI have not done something, Dominion is closing its offices and moving. No doubt they're shredding documents. God only knows what else. More than 100 Dominion people have wiped any connection with Dominion off the internet."

She also claims that they have testimony from witnesses opening military ballots and trashing them if they were for Trump, and substitute ballots were put in for Biden.

There's a huge gap between supposition ("no doubt they are shredding") and alleged fact ("Dominion IS shredding"). I'd say the headline writer is culpable.

Yes, the article from TownHall should not have titled it as if she has proof of shredding. Because in the article itself, she believes they are:

Dominion is closing its offices and moving. No doubt they're shredding documents.

Now, it would be pretty easy to determine, by anyone in the area really, if they are "closing" and "moving" offices.

Shredding documents, is another matter all together.

It's interesting, though, that she states they pictures of votes being manipulated in real-time.

Have all these people testify in court, one after the other. Even if they ultimately lose the cases, their testimony and other evidence will be a part of the permanent record. Unfortunately the courts could refuse to hear the cases, but I think the affidavits etc. would still be in the legal record just by filing the suits.
