The ability to change votes and actually changing the votes are two completely different things
the NSA has every network packet sent on the internet (that they deem interesting)
i’m sure they have the remote commands flipping the votes and turning the software on and off (of course, they couldn’t show it to the public as that would be highly classified)
Exactly- which is why her ‘havign a guy involved with dominion software in cuba (or was it venezuala?) isn’t the same as ‘havign an eyewitness who verified with video the fact that dominion software changed votes
She claism she has all kinds of actual facts, evidence, I’m awaiting the evidence till i make a judgment- I’ll take her word for it for now- but not much of what she said so far instills confidence that she has the goods- BUT she may be just withholding the actual evidence, so again I’ll withhold judgment till then
And the ability to bias votes built into the machine is indeed a whole nother thing isn’t it.
As all the vote totals have decimal remainders not whole numbers... you have proof they used the vote cheat bias settings.
