And BTW, their service is not that great at times. They just get away with it due to convince and being the only source.

They’re probably being overwhelmed by new sign-ups. In the normal course of events, they’d send your phone # a text message. I’d try this maybe once a week or, if you’re impatient, once a day until you get through.
