Sidney Powell, who exposed the Obama administration's framing of Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn after becoming his attorney, says there is "tons of evidence that hundreds of thousands of ballots are going to have to be discarded," which could affect the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
"We have evidence of the same number of ballots or same number of votes being injected into the Wisconsin system and into the Michigan system three different times," she said in an interview Wednesday with Maria Bartiromo of the Fox Business Network.
"I think there were two different injections of exactly the same numbers in Michigan and then in Milwaukee it happened three times," she said.
"On top of that we have several states where they did not follow the law established by their legislature," Powell said.
She said there are four states that "have deviated significantly from what the legislature told them to do," with "pallets of ballots coming in the back door."
"There is tons of evidence that hundreds of thousands of ballots are going to have to be discarded, and they're all for Biden," she said.
There also is evidence showing "it was statistically impossible for this election to come out the way it did."
"It's just mathematically impossible," she said.
Lawsuits already have been launched in several states, and Powell said time is of the essence.
She pointed out that the Trump campaign has to prove the claims only by a preponderance of the evidence rather than by "beyond a reasonable doubt."
State elections officials who mismanaged the system, in violation of their own laws, are obligated to establish that what they did was correct, Powell pointed out.

We’ve experienced lots of things that might have been termed ‘incredible”.
The American Revolution was actually kind of weird, as it panned out. Our victory was against all of the ‘received wisdom’ of the time.
And my Grandmother never believed a man would ever go to the moon - until my brother set her down in front of the television in July of 1969.
We don’t need to add any states. All we have to do is get the states with huge anomalies tossed to where no one gets 270 EVs and then just follow the constitution. The House of representatives will pick the president.
I hope that doesn’t happen since more states delegations are controlled by Republicans./s
Every mail in ballot envelope opened while poll watchers were denied access needs to be tossed. Every ballot that was voted on Dominion software machines, if it id proven that the software was hacked, needs to be tossed. Every dead vote needs tossed. Every double vote needs tossed.
This election has been so compromised that we can't claim 'free and fair; elections in this country. And I hope that all of the jackasses who voted for democrats are happy that they are part of the fraud.
The fact that DemocRats are planning opposing arguments against counting only legal votes speaks volumes.
As soon as the SC rules that the election was irredeemably compromised, hundreds of thousands of “voters” will disappear.
That has been my word of choice since 11/4. Things have been very hinky. I know kids today say “sus” (suspect/suspicious), but I’m old school. Very hinky, indeed.

I take it you're position is that Sidney Powell is a failed litigator and that Sullivan is an impartial judge?

We are now nine days (going on 10) past the day prescribed by US Code for selecting Electors.
US CODE Title 3 §2 says that the state legislatures can now step up and appoint Electors in states that are still in dispute.

I want action. I want indictments, I want Flynn exonerated. If you have faith in these people to do something, well good for you. As for me: I want heads on a pike.
So do I. But were you suggesting that Sidney Powell sucks as a lawyer or that she is deep-state? If so, I recommend you look at who Sullivan is as a judge. If not, then be careful what you write, because it seemed to me you were blaming Powell for some reason. And, IMO, that is unfounded and outrageous.
To NOT discard fraudulent ballots disenfranchises those who submitted good ballots.
