How do they know which ballot is which? Is there a code or something?

Not talking ballots here, they are talking about ads or envelopes from the campaign.

Refusing to deliver is mail fraud
This is the type of election interference for which there is nothing to be done regarding the election. We know the media told lies, and people voted based on the lies, and some people might have voted differently if they heard the truth.
But their votes are still legal, valid votes. It is sad that we have an electorate that is easily deceived, but that is where we are at. This is not on the same level as declarations of fraud, where ballots are cast illegally.
Every piece of mail is to be delivered. It is not for
the postal service to decide what mail should and what
mail should not be delivered, outside of some sort of
terrorist threat and the like.
It’s non of their or our business what’s in the envelope.
Remember, the Postal Workers Union endorsed Biden and this is how democrat unions act

It’d take about two days on a route to know who was a Republican and who was a Democrat, especially with the volume of political mail that has been rolling since March. Don’t need to have codes on the outside of an envelope.
But yes, as others have told you, this is about delivering that ‘other’ political mail.

If the mail came out of a county that traditionally viotes red it would hit or miss but most of them would be a trump vote
