Read the assertion again. The fact that an amount is named tells you there is a statistical trail which allowed ‘someone’ to get a firm count of how many votes were switched and deleted.

Specious thinking. The fact that an amount is named does not make it verifiably true, as much as we would like it to be. I hope it is true, but the fact that someone has some number is not the reason why it is true.
If this is the PEDE data again, it is bogus. He is using NYT .json files to prove election fraud. You can prove bad web design my the NYT that is about all.
actually, they just need a thorough re-tabulation or audit of the states in question
