As far as the USSC case about PA goes, no “new” evidence is allowed nor is it even necessary. Evidence gets presented at the Trial court level, not the appellate level; all evidence presented at trial was evaluated already and the late return dates were shot down. Then the PA sc decided to extend the return dates on their own by unconstitutional judicial fiat.
The PA USSC case does not involve fraud whatsoever, fraud is a completely different and separate issue. The PA USSC case involves unconstitutional law making by the PA supreme court.

The real evidence will be the counts! Then perhaps the courts won’t have to be “moved”. The courts just have to get rid of the road blocks to check for fraud. Like Mitch in the senate said(even a stopped clock....) Trump is entitled to have his day in court and to ensure the election was fair while blasting the Dems for their hypocrisy!
