I agree with your suggestion. That would happen somewhere between step 2 and 3. I need to expand step 2 to include something like “Invalidate as many fraudulent votes as possible” and step 3 to include “solicit support from USSC.”

He was basing his declaration upon the millions of ballots ‘counted’ with observers forbidden to see what was happening, in clear violation of law. Also, may have been referencing the SoS illicitly changing law in GA and PA, to name two states.

Electile Dysfunction is certainly the problem, but it isn’t Trump’s; the dysfuction isn’t inherent in him, and he’s not a casual factor. We ought rather be speaking of “Dominion’s ED,” the DNC’s ED,” or “Pittsburg’s ED” to more accurately reflect reality.
Interesting that the same people post on every thread about how there needs to be “evidence” of the evidence (then they give a quick “hope it’s true” to cover their psyops). Stop listening to the disruptors, the paid shills, and the defeatists. This claim is either made up of whole cloth, which I doubt, or it is based on at least circumstantial evidence, and circumstantial evidence has put many people behind bars. People who demand ironclad evidence only do so because they know it’s not available. The whole purpose of fraud is to hide it!
So the next time someone posts a “hope they have some evidence” post, understand that they are actively trying to defeat Trump and his supporters. Period.
This needs more than tweets and retweets. Material evidence is the only thing to persuade a court, and even that in a preponderance. I have no idea if Rudy and Co. are looming together such legal threads so as to weave a tapestry of provable facts. But we need more than mere embroidery.
