The Fake Pollsters at @ABC / @washingtonpost produced a possibly illegal suppression Poll just before the Election showing me down 17 points in Wisconsin when, in fact, on Election Day, the race was even - & we are now preparing to win the state. Many such “deplorable” instances!

That is the dumbest thing I thing I ever heard our president say.
The only other explanation is disinformation in an information war. And that would carry the expectation that a large number of people are dumb enough to believe it.
That could be read in a couple of different ways.
Do you mean it’s not possible for a “suppression poll” to be illegal, or that there’s no such thing as one being merely “possibly illegal”?
I have a sinking feeling SCOTUS won’t vote to “overturn” the election, even in the face of slam-dunk evidence of massive, systemic fraud. I think it’ll go 5-4 (with Roberts and Kavanaugh being the most likely defectors) and we can count on Thomas to write an awesomely scathing minority opinion, but state legislatures will have to take care of this... if they have the guts.

Even if they knowingly produced a garbage poll with the intention of suppressing Trump voters, would it really be illegal?
There isn’t enough time to make it through the court System, is there? Wait too long and we’ll have President Pelosi??
This fraud is so sloppy and so massive, it should be easily proven in court. Too many people are coming forward, it is just too much of a statistical anomaly. The president knew this was coming, possibly he has put measures in place that will provide the documentation of the crimes. He has been talking about the fraud for months, he has told us before the election exactly what was going to happen, yet they still did it.
Further, I think all he needs to do is to provide the cover for the state legislatures to do the right thing.
Ultimately, what is admissible in court is what the judge decides in admissible.
When it comes to politics, the 1st Amendment says media, pollsters and politicians can say anything they damn well please.

That is true, the dims will continue to call the president “illegitimate” as they did the first term.
But now because of this insanely criminal act, at least some, if not many, of them will be saying it in prison.
The trolls are out in full force everywhere.
A lot of them use multiple identities yo make it look like a lot of people hate Trump.
It a huge PR stunt to discourage us, sway public opinion and impact the courts.
There is nothing for them to overturn, the election hasn't been decided yet.......

Stood by Kavanaugh when we could have gotten someone more reliable after the mid terms. He was “with us” in the 4-4 before the election though. Also Amy is a wild card. She seems like she wants to prove she’s independent from Trump.

Ah, you know what I mean. They’re human and they’ll be worried about violence.
On the one hand, they risk offending a group of people who are always looking for an excuse to riot.
On the other hand, they have a group of people who have proven to have a *very* long fuse. Are they willing to gamble that this won’t be the final insult that sets them off and triggers a much worse situation?
AND, on top of that, the health plan and the expulsion of illegal aliens that you promised, a promise that won you Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania in 2016 never materialized. The 60 000 white Democrats in those three states who elected you in 2016 didn't show up.
