I think there’s so much fraud to expose that a recount is futile. IMHO, and I don’t even know if it’s possible, the election needs to be done over.

Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin and Michigan need to do a revote.
Open polls for IN PERSON voting only. No mail in, no absentee, for 24 hours. Anyone who votes must show their Social Security Card. If the card appears twice then additional ID to determine eligibility.
The election workers are not the normal guys but drawn from enlisted Navy personnel
Call in the army to count the votes. The counting room must be broadcast on the internet. If the counters stop for the night the building is secured, and armed guards are posted with public orders of “Shoot to Kill” anyone wanting to enter.
Air Force personnel will pick up ballots every 8 hours and take them to the counting area.

No. The mail-ins allowed a fair amount of fraud, maybe enough to throw the election in some states, just as other more traditional kinds of fraud were significant.
But the elephant in the room would be trucks of ballots brought in the back door in the dead of night, or electronic ballots flipped electronically. We are talking maybe a million ballots invented. Simply surveying mail-ins won’t see that, and re-counting counterfeit ballots will just get you the same answer.

I bet it won't. The ballots that were "rejected" by the machines in Philly were replaced with fresh Biden ballots and the originals destroyed. If you recount the new ballots you will get pretty much the same result.
No, not a good idea. If the ballots were evenly blended where a random sampling would be representative of the whole herd, yes. But to randomly grab a batch would not be conclusive, especially if the rats determine what batch to look at.
A full recount with each vote validated.
For voting districts exceeding registered voters with no way to determine the fraudulent ones, then subtract the excess votes from the total and devise a formula to who the valid portion goes to.
Who gets to pick the ‘random’ sample? My guess is some Rat lackey will hand pick the sample and say it was at random. When do Trump supporters get to be involved?

PA had like 5-10 times as many mail in ballot “requests” as ANY other state. The fraud was baked in.

I wouldn’t even trust that a “random” sample was truly random in the middle of all this corruption with the rules changing throughout the counting.
As long as those ballots come from Detroit, Philly, Milwaukee, etc.
