Seriously, it’s uplifting to know a plan exists to correct the election to just legal voting. If this happens, I feel quite comfortable Trump will come out on top of this.

Your friend should report this. She’s certainly not the only person this happened to. Frankly, I think PA needs to do a revote because all of their voting is so compromised in one way or another.
