So, yesterday, at my monthly dinner with my fans and commenters on my blog, I found out that I’m not alone.
What am I not alone in?
In having slept like cr*p since Tuesday and eaten even worse. I’ve been living on popcorn and coffee, which, to be fair, is what I lived on in college. I’m sleeping about three hours a night and dreaming of catastrophic headlines, until waking up more tired than I went to bed.
I’ve been alternating between angry and depressed, and frankly, from what I saw of my fans and commenters, I’m not alone.
And then today I went to Facebook, and lately, they’ve been doing this thing of pushing all sorts of outright propaganda at me. This one was an article about the great future of reconciliation (and truth tribunals) once Joe Biden takes over. And there at the end, almost invisible, was one line: based on projected results.
Oh, projected results, is it? According to whom and why? The mass media? The same people who’ve been projecting a blue wave for half a year now? The same people who pushed their projection that two million people would die of COVID-19? THOSE projections?
I realized what I was looking at, and suddenly I’m not depressed anymore.
I’m still angry, though. I’m angry at the left for their staggering chutzpah and their treasonous attempt to stab at the heart of the republic, and I’m a little angry at all you zombies (Heinlein reference) out there who bought and are buying into it, and yes, that includes me till about two hours ago.
So, why did that make everything click for me?
Well, guys, think about it. The stuff going on with the voting is inky as all get-out. We all saw it happen in real-time.

Republicans had better get in line and work with them in Unity(tm) because this is what the people voted for and otherwise they’re obstructionists. (Suddenly all talk of Russia, Russia, Russia and the #Resist has disappeared!)

I'm with you. You have my sympathy. Being a millennial I get very little of that. As my mom says whenever I'm under the weather, "You're still under warranty."
When you run out of popcorn, just eat the butter straight. It's all in the salt. And we will get through this.
And a little before this, he says:

The real ‘Pain’ are the Demonrats, chief among them, Joseph ‘Pervy Joe’ Biden.
Oh - I stopped watching Fox News in 2016, cutting back because they were making irrational attacks on Trump’s statements in 2015 (even though I was a Cruz supporter at the time) and then completely stopping after the purge of O’Reilly and others in 2016.
What changed this morning is they at least were still GOPe - but not as of today. (But then the GOPe has thrown in their hat with Biden too - see Romney, W, etc;)

You're wrong. The GOP is it! We are kicking the RINOs out, you've got The Lincoln Project telling people to vote for Democrats, they know it's over for them and they are taking it out on us. We have the GOP now! And from now on, every GOP candidate will be held accountable as to whether or not they are on the MAGA Train. MAGA Rallies are not going away. The next battle is to win 350 House Seats, Trump will be a part of that battle, no matter what. He is now the GOP Kingmaker, no matter what happens.
If by “jumping off a ledge” you mean don’t start a shooting war yet - I’m with you.

Excellent article! This is exactly how I see things. I have heard just a little bit from Sidney Powell the last 2 days. She certainly doesn’t look defeated or anything other than ready for war. I’m ready to go to battle with her!
