The Washington Post is providing this important election information free to all readers.
Legal jockeying in Pennsylvania intensified Friday as Republicans asked the U.S. Supreme Court to ensure county election officials were segregating mail ballots delivered after Election Day, the latest effort by the GOP to use the courts to intervene in the vote count as former vice president Joe Bidens advantage grew.
On Friday evening, Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr., who received the petition because he is the justice responsible for that region, approved the GOP request for now. He called for a response from state officials by Saturday afternoon.
Even if the high court were to ultimately side with Republicans, the impact would likely be muted: Pennsylvania officials said they are already setting aside the small number of mail ballots that have arrived since Tuesday.

I suppose the Supreme Court and come back and say since PA election officials failed to comply with the High Court’s request to segregate ballots, it can declare certain ballots, or even the entire state election, null and void.
Let me stress, however, I do *not* know this for a fact. It’s pure speculation at this point. If anyone knows better, please feel free to chime in and set the record straight.
Sorry, this is a re-post with the typo in my previous response having been corrected below.

The Court basically said "come back to us after the election as no damage has been done at this time". Now the PA GOP has gone back and Alito responded as PA is in his district.
Praise God for you and your information. Really appreciate the shedding of light.
..it is not just the GOP. It is the DHS Division of Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security (an agency formed after the 2018 elections to secure the voting system from foreign and domestic corruption).
I heard the same thing from a Thomas Wicktor video -
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07KRFyarGyw&feature=youtu.be
Maybe you were the one that posted that link on another thread...
In the video, Wicktor mentioned someone named Ron Coleman - who he said gets what is happening.
Are you familiar with Ron Coleman? His tweets are cryptic. Can you shed any more light on this Cyber Security division of DHS and what role it might play in this whole fiasco? Or point me somewhere that explains it further?
Is this as hopeful as it sounds?
If there is some reason for keeping quiet could you FReepmail an encouraging word?
IIRC, the response was demanded by 2 PM Eastern today.
Loose lips sink ships. The wash of the tidal wave will be phenomenal— I believe that, and not because I have to. The wheat is being separated from the chaff (Bible).
Did any information on the 2:00pm (ET) deadline emerge yet?
