Legal jockeying in Pennsylvania intensified Friday as Republicans asked the U.S. Supreme Court to ensure county election officials were segregating mail ballots delivered after Election Day, the latest effort by the GOP to use the courts to intervene in the vote count as former vice president Joe Biden’s advantage grew.
On Friday evening, Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr., who received the petition because he is the justice responsible for that region, approved the GOP request for now. He called for a response from state officials by Saturday afternoon.
Even if the high court were to ultimately side with Republicans, the impact would likely be muted: Pennsylvania officials said they are already setting aside the small number of mail ballots that have arrived since Tuesday.

I don’t see them saying that. No need. They respond that they have complied and have set aside whatever ballots THEY pick per SC ruling. Who would know the difference from afar unless teams of people go in there and inspect all the ballots?
Inspection and validation of all the ballots is what is needed but that is a huge effort.

They would know what ink and printers were used to make original ballots. So if they created new ones that would fall into question when and how they were made. Who knows what they did but I’d bet many of the ballots never went through the mail. They will be able to separate them. I’d they didnt figure out a way before, knowing this would happen we don’t deserve to win.

Agree. And guido— it is not just the GOP. It is the DHS Division of Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security (an agency formed after the 2018 elections to secure the voting system from foreign and domestic corruption).
Have posted about this other threads. There are only 3 or 4 major printers who print ballots that are secured by DHS this division (sort of like the 3 or 4 printers that do.. lottery tickets, etc). Each of these ballots have been RF ID’d “watermarked” with trackable tags, and those that are mailed out by elections boards— are also photographed at USPS (Program is called Mail Covers— see wikipedia. The DHS requests USPS provide the Mail Covers photos of each mailed ballot-— where sent, if it arrived, and if it was mailed back). Both databases are cross referenced. So they go in to Philly and pull all the segregated, or not ballots— and detect fraudulent ballots (either due to the ballot being printed elsewhere, like— in China, or Spain, or due to the encoded arrival back to whereever was not to the elections boards— but elsewhere). Satellite trackable Radio Frequency ID tags— used all the time now in for example pharmaceuticals, scheduled agents, opioids etc.
A Sting operation. Catch them red handed. Federal rap.

Yes. Purposefully discredited. Please source where each State prints their ballots. This is no longer true, not since 2018 Fall Elections, and the creation of the CISA.gov division of Dept. of Homeland Security. Their election security agents may be deputized as federal marshals. With arrest powers. See: DOJ armed agents in re: election fraud. Under that umbrella.
Just as when the commanders of National Guard units were deputized (sworn in by US Marshals) as Marshals in the DC riots. It happened. Saves a lot of time, too.

note the date and time of the following piece, which tells you nothing, given it doesn’t explain the exact time and date the details relate to.
however, it would suggest approx. 1,9million mail-in ballots would arrive THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT. plus it suggests the information for this piece was being compiled as THE CLOCK TICKED TOWARD MIDNIGHT.

Assuming the ballots are watermarked and specifically printed, that would identify counterfeits.
It would not help identify ballots that were mass mailed, collected, and then filled in.
Yup may have to add witness protection too.
They would fall all over themselves providing proof of fraud.

If they can not determine which ones came in after 8pm then they should just go with the numbers as they were when they stopped counting at midnight.

The “watermark” term is a euphemism. We are talking about RF ID dots on/in the ballots (satellite trackable), coupled with the “Mail Covers” national security program used by federal investigators in partnership with the USPS.
Mailed ballots—each one, photographed digital stored/ matched to the RF ID (radio frequency ID tag... energized by microwave locators/ GPS. This system is used to track individual pharamaceutical shipments, right down to the stock bottle level. Industry standard).
Mailed— arrived— mailed back (or not, in which case if harvested and hand delivered illegally— again, trackable).
These are whispers. Personally, think they are in operation as a sting, a federal sting of massive size. Like all proper stings— secret so the quail aren’t flushed too soon.

Chester County voted for Romney over Obama (49.7-49.2) in 2012. Biden leads Trump, 57-40. I know Biden’s from Delaware but that’s inconceivable.

In the case of drop boxes where there is no post mark, there is zero control. The fraud lies in the fact that ballots do not need to be retrieved from drop boxes in order to be accepted for processing.
