Simple reasoning, the arrogant criminal mixed the ballots to make it impossible to separate them and stop the stealing of the election in spite of an order by the Supreme Court not to do so. The harm is greater to let him get away with it than to invalidate the ballots the late ballots were mixed with until a voter is willing to sign and affidavit that the their particular ballot is valid.

And why wouldn’t they just use blank ballots? Surely they are that smart (maybe)? Presumably there is a slew of those DHS ballots hanging out unsecured all over the AG’s office, in random car trunks of election “officials,” stuffed in viaducts by the parks department, etc., given what a complete and utter joke democracy is to PA officials.
Neither is in-your-face election fraud. The Supreme Court specifically ordered him to keep the late ballots segregated and he mixed them in anyway putting him in direct violation of a court order.
I don’t see any credible, legal avenue to preserve the current ballots in PA AND retainin voter confidence. The spiteful way the late ballots were thrown in with the rest, just seems an overtly thrown gauntlet saying, in effect, “Yeah? NOW what? What are YOU gonna do about it; invalidate the whole election Statewide? You don’t have the guts, or the support of public opinion, and you and everyone else damned well knows it. Siddown and shaddap!” Shapiro, ‘tard that he is, thinks he’s holding a hand strong enough that he dares bend SCOTUS over the barrel like that...
The high court has nearly no option BUT to take this EXACTLY that direction: to call his bluff, throw it emphatically back in his face, and force PA to do it over; the Presidential voting, at least.
It’s juicy political chess, to be sure, but I also see no other way to effect any sort of restoration of voter confidence; in PA or anywhere else. Lowering the boom, and compelling PA into a fresh vote, would give 320 million Americans powerful reassurance that there are competent adults both willing, and possessed of the authority, to step in and act decisively to preserve the integrity of the electoral process.
I think he will do the right thing this time. Just a hunch.

Would be great for this to happen. A complete do-over, in-person voting, inked fingers, paper ballots, poll watchers and video monitoring everywhere. No lagging, complete chain of custody for ballots, locked room for counting, send out for coffee and sandwiches, bring your own bedroll if needed. Don't stop till the last one is counted.

Now that this election is moving into the court system heck anything can happen. In Philly Giuliani tried but the Judge was a Demorat so it flatlined.....As I see it this can go on until December...no telling what the outcome will be. They’ve taken it out of the voters hands.

Multiple States involved. Multiple forms of frauds being uncovered. Resolving the 2020 Election will make the 2000 Election look like a picnic.
That is awesome news. God, His Grace, the Court, the wisdom of James Madison, and Pub Control of the Pennsylvania legislature just might save our bacon.

The vote of each state must be certified federally in order to appoint electors.
The High Strangeness fraud perpetrated by Dems in Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, Georgia and North Carolina
will stand against certification of the vote in each of these states.
That means that there likely will either be a constitutionally required Congressional vote the House ( each state gets two votes and Republicans control 27-28 states.President Trump could be elected that way.)
OR SCOTUS could try and sort the fraud out, but unlikely because many fraudulent mail in ballots were illegally NOT Sequestered, so they cannot be separated from lawful ballots in Pennsylvania, for example.
SCOTUS could declare the electoral results in these voter fraud states as null and void and order a redo of the election in those states with heavy scrutiny by federal agents, and scrutineers from both parties.
America will NEVER accept Biden as a legitimate president. Joe is at bast now a huge LAME DUCK, a domestic enemy of the Constitution of our country,a crime boss pretender.
Sadly, even if you win this, it will be a blood bath. The left truly pushed the country to the brink if war.
Let’s not forget that in one of the two Supreme Court decisions last week blacking Republican efforts to stop the overreach of the Pennsylvania Court, Both Kavanagh and Roberts sided with the Democrats. If Kavanagh sticks the knife into President Trump it will be a betrayal on the magnitude of Benedict Arnold.
