Fox Business just announced that a judge dismissed the Trump lawsuit against procedures in Georgia. All terrible news.
The lawsuit affected 50 ballots in Chatham county.
But yes, Georgia is bleeding Trump votes.
The number seems to be growing with time instead of shrinking....sheesh.

From press conference #s of votes left to count. I looked up current % leads for each party in votes already counted.
It is gonna be close. Scoring this out on different metrics and giving Dems the benefit of the doubt, I have them a bout 1000 votes short.
Yes...It is likely that only a shortage of ice chests, suitcases, duffel bags, cardboard boxes etc. can slow the influx of ballots at this point.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said that as of 9:15 a.m. today there are approximately 61,367 ballots still outstanding. Channel 2’s Justin Gray received the following breakdown:
Bryan: 3,027 (66.8% Trump)
Burke: 494 (51.4% Trump)
Chatham: 17,157 (57.6% Biden)
Clayton: 7,408 (85% Biden)
Cobb: 700 (56% Biden)
Floyd: 682 (70.5% Trump)
Forsyth: 4,713 (66.5% Trump)
Fulton: 11,200 (72.6% Biden)
Gwinnett: 7,338 (58.2% Biden)
Harris: 3,641 (76.7% Trump)
Laurens: 1,797 (64.1% Trump)
Putnam: 1,552 (74.5% Trump)
Sumter: 1,202 (52% Biden)

Trump is currently ahead 14,250 as of noon.
PS, those are this year’s election trends from those counties, not the absentee ballot trends.
OK, I am choosing this post to reply to and see if we can figure it out.
From SS of GA site: “With counting continuing in numerous counties throughout Georgia, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said that as of 9:15 a.m. today there are approximately 61,367 ballots still outstanding.”
So, 61,367 ballots remaining. The starting count:
Trump 2,432,424
Biden 2,413,836
Trump lead 18588
Now 12:11 pm:
Trump 2,435,672
Biden 2,421,422
We don’t know how many Libertarian, but let’s not worry about that.
So, since this post this morning:
Remaining Ballots 61,367
Totaled since then 10,834
Remaining 50,533
That is enough to flip the results. Ugh. Let’s assume 70/30. Then Biden nets 20,213 votes and takes the lead.
They were supposed to be done by 11:00. It is now after noon. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Agree, a very narrow decision only for Chatham county. Perdue now below 50% requiring a runoff.
My opinion and only mine, is that of all the states having vote counting problems, judical challenges would be weakest in Georgia. We know that there were problems in Fulton and other majority Dem counties where illegal mail ballots were submitted or even made up. But there is no paper trail now that they have been added to totals, no way to check validity of these ballots and no way to check that the person submitting was a legal voter.
If Georgia really locked down receipt of ballots at 7 p.m. Tuesday, that stopped that route of ballot entry. But how many of those that got through before then were legal, we don’t know. And during that nighttime period early Wednesday morning in Fulton when observers went home and counting coninued, how many new ballots were added to the totals, again we don’t know. This bell can’t be unrung so we are left at the remaining ballots, supposedly legal, but again we don’t know for sure. If Georgia flips, I don’t believe Trump has anyway to overcome the vote in other states.
The ballots need to be scrutinized for any technicality that might mean they are illegal. It’s the only way. All of this is just so irregular. No way this should have been allowed to happen.

I agree, and we know also that some post offices are backdating absentee ballots as OKeefe uncovered.
Rush is reporting problems in North Carolina. 40,000 absentee ballots and provisional ballots now have been reported as not entered into the system. Unclear whether this info was known and not reported previously, or these were just “found.” As Rush said late and found ballots are always Dem ballots.
