How confident are you that a leftist postal employee here and there hasn’t “borrowed” a postmark machine or even a hand stamp? If there’s so much as an indecipherable ink blot on a ballot envelope, we all know that the dems will demand that that ballot be counted.

North Carolina apparently gives themselves a week to count them. I dont think there is an issue there with postmarks. They are required.”

I think there it might be getting into 10th Amendment battles, if the Supremes got into the act. At this juncture I don’t expect them to, as there’s no showing of cause for them to even get involved.

This is an election. If legal action is put on hold until after the election, it becomes a "Fait Accompli" and it then is impossible to question the validity of a President Elect.
We saw posts right here on this forum that alerted us weeks ago this election sabotage was planned. How could you not have faith that President Trump would take action if there was no evidence of wrongdoing? The fact that he did not divulge any evidence does not mean it does not exist and he has no obligation to tell any of us what will be in a legal brief, thus allowing the Democrats a head start to working against him.
This also includes having backup and maintenance for possible hitches etc.
Then it's the responsibility of the communities to have in place staff, facilities etc. ready for the project to expedite the ballots in a an equally timely manner. They are certainly instructed and briefed how this is to be done etc with plenty of time ahead of an election to be fully prepared for the count.
But the Michigan gap is down to 4. When Kayleigh tweeted we were up 261k with 61% counted. Now 76% counted and down to 234k. We should still win, but it looks like they are finding lots of extra Biden votes in MI.

that’s still a lot to over come and pass. Those mail in ballots will not ALL go to Biden, some will still go to POTUS.
