I'm not 100% sure what is being said here, but I think it means that Democrat lead in the entire state is now equal to or less that the expected lead out of Philadelphia alone. Correct?
Clinton did win the election without FL in 1992 when he won PA.
I am definitely optimistic, but it comes down to just a couple of key state thefts. No crowing overconfidence over here at this point. As I wrote on another thread last night, I was encouraged by Steve Pieczenik, a Deep State operative of a certain type, came out as certain that Trump would win yesterday as he was four years ago. (FWIW he said that even if Team Biden manages enough of a steal to tie it up for some time, they’d be persuaded to stand down before too long.) Additionally, I liked a naturalized American friend of mine who is usually lefty telling me this weekend that he was going for Trump—as he totally approves of Trump’s pro-India position.

I think my conjecture on the intent of Larry’s post is correct.
While it pleases me that the D lead in PA is lower than in 2016, I would much prefer to have a target number and/or an outright R lead.
