While it pleases me that the D lead in PA is lower than in 2016, I would much prefer to have a target number and/or an outright R lead.

13 million people live in PA, 1.5m of which live in Philly.

Is the State big enough to overcome the fraud? Will Philly blacks surprise us and make a surprising number of votes to Trump?

This it the first time I ever bet on an election. The Buy Yes vote on Trump is up a penny since I bet, but the Sell Yes vote is the same.
