UPDATE (59 minutes ago): GOP now up 2,500 in Washoe County, NV (Reno). Dems vote-by-mail and early vote has been eased.
Clark & Washoe turnout is not huge today.
Washoe now at 73% overall.
Remember: R turnout in rural NV in the early vote was up 30%+ for #Trump over 2016.
