In my humble opinion you can reverse it by gradually increasing walking routine. My own heart must have grown new arteries because at age 55 I would get chest pains after eating a good meal. Do not get those anymore, but I also do not eat a 10 oz steak in one sitting anymore.
My daughter, who lives in North Conway NH, reported to me that her polling place had two seperate lines - a line for mask wearers and a line for those who did not wear a mask. She said that those who chose not to wear a mask had to hand their ballots to a worker who put them into a cardboard box and that they would not be counted unless the vote was within the margin of error. She put on her mask.
My son says it is everyone is just using cell phone maps.
In a booth, 10 feet away, I made overtures to a couple which turned out to be a man and woman who were neighbors to each other.
After preliminaries, they started opening up. The man admited he had never voted before.
He voted for President Trump to save the country.
The woman had voted for Trump in 2016, and was tremendously satisfied with his performance.
They needed a little encouragement to talk; once they decided I was "safe" to talk to, it all came out.
Great experience.

How you vote is a secret. How you are registered, and if you voted is public information.
They are looking at public records.

Not all states require a person to declare a party when they register to vote. I’m in TN and I have never declared a party. So no way to tell our ratio of D/R votes already cast.

AP: The Latest: Judge orders USPS to search centers for ballots
A federal judge in Washington, D.C., has ordered U.S. Postal Service inspectors to sweep more than two dozen mail processing facilities for lingering mail-in ballots and for those ballots to be sent out immediately.
The order, which includes centers in central Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Detroit, Atlanta, south Florida and parts of Wisconsin, comes after national delivery delays leading up to the election and concerns the agency wouldn’t be able to deliver ballots on time.
The Postal Service’s ability to handle the surge of mail-in ballots became a concern after its new leader, Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, a major GOP donor, implemented a series of policy changes that delayed mail nationwide this summer.

All these first-time voters would never appear in any polling models, almost by definition, as they’re new. No existing data to pull.
