Catholic First Lady of the United States, Melania Trump, has come out in support of the GOP LGBT group, Log Cabin Republicans.
In a video which has been seen over 250,000 times in less than 24 hours, Mrs. Trump explained that her husband, the president of the United States who is now vigorously campaigning for reelection, is “the ultimate outsider, and that earned him many enemies in the political establishment.”
“I was shocked to discover that some of these powerful people have tried to paint my husband as anti-gay, or against equality. Nothing could be further from the truth,” asserted Mrs. Trump. “Donald loves helping people, and he loves seeing those around him, and his country, succeed.”
“As leader of the Republican party and president of the United States, Donald has been clear that gays and lesbians will be treated as he has always treated them: equally,” she continued. “Donald is the first president to enter the White House supporting gay marriage. Donald is also the first president to appoint an openly gay official to his cabinet.”
“Today we see free-thinkers and independent voices — like gay conservatives and Log Cabin Republicans — silenced, censored, and bullied by cancel culture mobs,” she said.
“I’m First Lady Melania Trump. I support the Log Cabin Republicans, and I am unapologetically outspoken,” she added, incorporating the name of the Log Cabin Trump campaign site, “OUTspoken.”
Mrs. Trump’s expressed support, while firmly stated, focuses not on specific issues popularly associated with the leftist LGBT juggernaut, but on the right of gays with libertarian or conservative views to not have their voices silenced, and to not be ignored by mainstream media.
In recent weeks the Trump campaign has shifted into high gear regarding its outreach to voters that identify as “LGBT,” a group which the GOP had essentially ceded to the leftist Democratic Party.
While clearly having brewed behind the scenes for a long time, the Trump campaign’s outreach to the LGBT world exploded into the public square in August when Richard Grenell, President Donald Trump’s former acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) and Ambassador to Germany who identifies as a homosexual, proclaimed in a video ad that “President Trump is the most pro-gay president in American history.”
That video quickly garnered millions of views.
Since then, the outreach to homosexuals has remained at a high level of visibility, with Brandon Straka, the gay founder of the “Walk Away” movement joining with Grenell and members of the Trump family at “TRUMP Pride” — events which have been held at cities across the country, including Nashville, Tampa, Philadelphia, Phoenix, and Saturday evening in Pittsburgh.
Earlier this month, at a debate titled “LGBT Throwdown,” right-leaning Straka, Blaire White, and Mike Harlow easily crushed the tired arguments and long-held Human Rights Campaign pretensions of their three leftist debate adversaries.

Yes. I would take a Trump before a Romney also.
It is strange how that works.
However, I think this is a concept that people are today generally aware of.
Trump is about the best thing since sliced bread for Christians, even though he is far from perfect and many Christians found it hard voting for him.
But that is a biblical concept folks are not taught. None of the Apostles were without sin or doubt. Look at doubting Thomas, Saul before he became Paul! Imperfect people do God’s work and that can include a gay person.
Point is, our young people (most raised in single parent households) are having normal relationships modeled by homosexuals rather than a healthy heterosexual couple that they share a household with. disaster. I just saw a poll that states 30% of young girls age 16-25 identify with the LGBTQ?? lifestyle. We are cooked if that is anywhere near the truth.
Yes somethings are more important than others. Nothing else matters if we can’t create another generation of Americans. Is that offensive to say to a FReeper? Geesh

It’s members don’t advertise and you’ll never ever know who they are.
They will never out themselves.
They don’t want to.
They don’t have any reason to.
They are God fearing patriotic Americans, conservatives. That’s all that matters.
They are just as God made them. His image. ...but God chose to put them on His gender spectrum.
Is is really mental illness if the only contributing factor to not being 100% hetero was being born.

Actually, POTUS Trump does support Gay Marriage. In fact, he is the only Person who was Elected POTUS who supported it.
His issue is Federalism, meaning that the Gay Marriage is a State Issue, not a Federal Issue.
Back in 2008, Biden, Hillary and Obama were not in favor of Gay Marriage. They professed to support Civil Unions.
Remember, after the 2008 Election VP Biden let the Cat out of the Bag meaning Hillary and Obama had to follow suit and change their opinions.
But there is no conflict. The Bible is not the Koran, which constantly abrogates itself; the Bible constantly affirms itself. The greatest affirmation has to be Matthew 4:4 where Jesus quotes Deuteronomy 8:3 to Satan. Also, take note of the caveats in Matthew 5:18, those being “till heaven and earth pass” and “till all be performed” (better translation; not all has been performed out of God’s promises by far).
Gays and lesbians are here to stay so accept it. And as long as they vote Republican, I have no problem with them.........

Yes, we will sin. But not deliberately and certainly not celebrate it if we call ourselves Christian.
That’s where I stand, too. I am not about to tell a homosexual that their lifestyle is from God, because it is not. It is an abomination and I won’t condone it. That said, I treat people as people and respect because every human being deserves to be treated with dignity and kindness.
They need to stop shoving it in everyones face and hijacking schools to encourage it, that its normal

There are no “Jewish dietary laws” in the Bible, but there are clean and unclean animals (first mention is actually Genesis 7:2, where Noah is instructed to bring seven pairs of clean animals into the Ark). Also in Acts, chapter 10 verse 28 clarifies verse 15 of the same chapter.

They don't fear God too much if they've actually read his word and have not repented from man on man or woman on woman sex.
Would you come to the same defense of a Freeper adultery community if there were one?
God condemned both along with all sin. And told you to turn from it or there are consequences. If you truly fear him, you would follow him. Doesn't mean a homosexual would not have sexual desire towards the same sex (like a married man may have sexual desire towards a woman not his wife). But acting on it with total disregard for the word of God is something completely different.
