They did but our side helped by refusing to vote on so many of Obama's nominees so the Dems recess-appointed many of them which means the posts were filled only temporarily.

But your argument avoids this very valid point. It was a political rule that Biden made in 1992 (that George H. W. Bush could not appoint a Supreme Court replacement after the election because he was voted out). That didn't apply to only Republicans, as much as your fake outrage wants it to.
You democrats have always used your votes, even if just in a slight majority, to run roughshod over your political opponents.
