HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court ruled unanimously Friday on a key concern surrounding an avalanche of mail-in ballots in the presidential battleground state, prohibiting counties from rejecting ballots because the voter’s signature on it may not resemble their signature on their registration form.
Two Republican justices joined five Democratic justices in the decision.
The verdict was a victory for the state’s top election official, Kathy Boockvar, a Democrat who had asked the court to back her up in a legal dispute with President Donald Trump’s campaign and Republican lawmakers.

This is Democrats we're dealing with... you need to use smaller words and define each term. Then you need to trot out a letter signed by at least 50 scientists, legal scholars or whatever to attest to the divine correctness of your viewpoint.
So voter fraud is the price we pay to avoid disenfranchisement??????

Will the PA Supremes have a red light over their front door from now on? It’s mind boggling to me. A few years ago some lower court judges were kicked off the bench for sharing emails with risque’ themes; while here the state’s highest court prostitutes themselves and their office with the intent of corrupting an election and throwing it to a certain candidate, and they expect us to swoon over them! There IS a Higher Judge in the Heavens, and He never sleeps!
It’s Minnesota all over again (franken v Coleman) Watching that train wreck was painful then, I guess its Pennsylvania’s turn.
I think it was either Lenin or Stalin who said “It doesn’t matter who votes, The only thing that matters is who COUNTS the votes.” or something like that.
Why require a signature at all?
Why not a big black X?
Why not a question box

But even if the person is too dumb to do that, the vote should still go through.

Bockvar is the democrat and she is saying there will be no way to get a hold of the ballot owner and check the signature so the ruling is that the signature does not matter and does not have to be matched or verified.
Why wouldn’t a republican meltdown over that? It is a bad ruling and only helps democrat voter fraud and it goes along with the USSC ruling that ballots can be counted up to 3 days after November 3rd and with no postmark
So No verified signatures, No postmarks and Ballots may be received after November 3rd for 3 Days Bad decisions aimed at hurting President Trump

They aren’t going to call 200,000 people with non-matching signatures. They are going to count the sham ballots, the vast majority of which will be Dem.

You read the ruling as I see it. Namely, they cannot automatically toss a ballot where the signature does not match. Instead they have to contact the person and have that person present themselves with valid ID and current signature.
the ruling does not seem to be a problem and we should not get all worked up over it.
That was my thought. WTH??
