In a new poll of 1006 likely voters nationwide, former Vice-President Joe Biden holds on to a two-point lead over President Donald Trump, 49% to 47% with 4% not sure. The random sample online poll was taken on Friday beginning after 7 PM and has an overall margin-of-sampling error of +/-3.2 percentage points.
Our July 8th poll showed Biden leading Trump 49% to 42% and the previous poll released on August 29th had Biden leading by six points (48% to 42%).

His adds are not changing minds. I see late night Trump commercials, I think the theft of Trump campaign funds hurt more then we know so I suggest donating if you can.
I actually do not think TV commercials have the same effect they once did, social media is the key and I have seen Trump commercials all over social media.
Frankly had Biden run in 2016, as an old school democrat, he may have won. Trump now has a record to run on and in the end I believe Biden will lose because of that.

I took a call a month or so ago, and after the caller saw I was a strong conservative, she started acting like she couldn’t hear my responses and hung up. I have to think a good bit of this kind of stuff happens. I’ll bet her eventual goal was to hit me up for campaign money.

Yep and Joe, you helpfully went through the crosstabs and noted the white support in that poll was possibly underrepresented which if true then Trump is in better shape to win the EC.

Look, I’m from India and even I can figure out that the national polls are pretty useless in an electoral college system. What exactly is the point behind these “national “ polls?
What do these voters expect by electing Biden? He has said absolutely nothing about what he will do as POTUS.
Meanwhile Faux News reports another fake poll claiming Biden is surging. Fox is squarely in the Never Trump vanguard.
It’s unnerving, but I like to recall 2016 around this time, they were saying the same about Hillary. More even, I was seeing polls saying she was ahead of Trump by 30 points and had a 90% chance of winning.
Matter of fact exactly at this time, Hillary hired all those whores to accuse Trump of sexual assault out of revenge for Trump in the debate bringing up Bill Clintons rape. So in October of 2016 everyone thought Trump was finished, the whores Hillary hired were making Trump look really bad, but as we eventually saw, the American people are not easily fooled and Trump stomped the bitch in the election and I think the same will happen here against Biden. Just like Hillary, Biden isn’t even campaigning.
Trump down 2% means Trump wins.
On the crawler at the bottom of the page on Newsmax.TV this afternoon, it was quoting some political group doing polls saying the Dims were on line to take back the Senate????? What???? I know here in Alabama we are about to send Jones packing back to his lousy law practice or pig farming, whichever it was that he did before he went to the Senate. What other states do we look like to lose their seats??
You are correct and THAT is the #1 target for the Marxists Dimocrats to go after once they get the WH back and the Senate. Then they will go after the Electoral College and then the 2d Amendment gun rights. Those are their two big targets. Once they have the WH and Senate, they can enlarge the Supreme Court to 13 or 15 and pack the court with Marxists.
