President Trump's White House physician, Navy Commander Dr. Sean Conley, reports that Trump is being treated with a Regeneron polyclonal antibody cocktail and has been taking zinc, vitamin D, famotidine, melatonin and a daily aspirin.
Just this Tuesday, George D. Yancopoulos, M.D., Ph.D., President and Chief Scientific Officer of Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. stated about the still in test phase new polyclonal antibody cocktail:

So why do DJT’s doctors tell the world what medicines they are giving him? It seems it just leads to a lot of (often incorrect) speculation about his condition, as well as second-guessing.

Regeneron is used for people who (1) have mounted effective immune responses and (2) those that are not effective “yet”. So in the second category it’s given to help the system while building an effective immune response.
