Emergency services in New York state are responding to a mass shooting in Rochester, local officials and witnesses say. At least a dozen people are believed to have been shot.
The incident began just before 12:30 a.m. on Saturday when officers were called to a shooting near Goodman Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, where a large crowd had gathered outside.
Details about the circumstances of the shooting were not immediately known.

Rochester is the 5th most dangerous city in Upstate. And Mayor not so lovely Warren wants all new police to be residents.

If the city isn’t going the way you want it and it doesn’t seem likely to be fixed, move. It’s that simple.

Shooting took place at a residence during a party.
2 dead - 14 wounded.
None of the wounds are currently classified as life threatening.
That video didn’t show any right wing blonde haired white guys standing around

Someone in the hood probably tried to shutdown the party to stop the rampant spread of CV19. Probably touched off when the shooter also found out NO MASKS were being worn and a public bong was being used.
Or it could be more blacks whackin blacks.
