how does a precinct observer stop mail-in vote fraud? I’d love to be an observer, but i think the fraud will not happen on election day at the voting places but after the fact when the mail-in votes arrive by the truckload.

I would think precinct observers need to be there not just on election day, but also when the mail arrives.
