Traditional Halloween activities won't be allowed for residents in Los Angeles County this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, according to local health officials.
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health announced a ban on door-to-door trick-or-treating, carnivals, festivals, live entertainment and haunted houses.

My wife works in public health for a county in California. Her department is woke from top to bottom, much more woke than the politics of the county she works for. She believes that at this point, the only way to fix Public Health is by having the Public Health Officer be elected. That way, they can be recalled and voted out. They’re too well insulated from the bureaucracy to be held accountable.

I got flushed over 19 years ago. . . single 18.5 years. In the words of the Good Book, the first Mrs. was a “contentious woman”. Gorgeous, but she was difficult, troublesome and source of much heartache. That gift keeps on giving because she is the mother of my two sons.

I have people delivering food every day. How is it “impossible to maintain distancing” when it’s just food handed out instead of dropped off?
