No, they can not. I helped an elderly neighbor deal with a squatter, her son’s girlfriend. It took several months to evict the loser so she could sell her house and move into an assisted living facility. She was in her early 90’s at the time. We had to be extremely careful how we dealt with the squatter, or she could have sued the woman.

Works great in a city like Houston, where there is a lot of humidity. But no so much in a city like L.A., where it is built on top of a desert.
Also, it requires electricity, necessitating solar panels or similar source since the city is planning to cut that off too.

This is so wrong on so many levels. Government telling people what they can and can’t do in their own homes. Government taking away the right of free association. Government controlling water and electricity. Government making every decision for people until they no longer know how to be responsible. That’s gone on so long there’s no one left to be responsible in government.
There are pragmatic ways to make people disappear, and it ain’t magic.
It’s not a house party, its a protest. Or a hair salon.
