The row over Donald Trump’s alleged remarks denigrating American soldiers has now seen the US president target one of his core areas of support as he called for a Fox News journalist who reported details of the scandal to be fired.
The Atlantic magazine published a story that described how Trump said he cancelled a visit to pay respects at an American military cemetery outside Paris in 2018 because he thought the dead soldiers were “losers” and “suckers”. Other outlets confirmed the news and detailed more incidents of Trump’s insulting attitude to American soldiers.

Because the leakers are anonymous. And others there, like Bolton, Sanders and I’m sure a few more say it didn’t happen, why would I believe

I watch Tucker every night so I was looking forward to see what he had to say about it. Lo and behold it wasn’t really a live broadcast but prior episodes highlighted the whole hour Not a mention of it. Hmm
So then I thought well I will watch Hannity who followed Tucker and surely he will have something to say about it. Hannity’s show was much like Tuckers not live but prior episodes strung together.
So then I thought okay Laura Ingraham who is after Hannity will say something- wouldn’t you know she too had a strung together prior episode type of show just like Tucker and Hannity,
I thought it was weird but I thought hey it’s a 3 day weekend maybe that is why. Now I am thinking they did all of that on purpose because those 3 are the most honest and actually would have a measured response to it. Now they wont respond to it until Tuesday night if they are all off until then.

EVERY story on Fox News Radio is anti-Trump, and has been for years. Yet the news babe there seems to be having an orgasm every time she mentions the magical name “OBAMA.” It’s sickening.
Same crap going on in the publishing industry (or what’s left of it). While I was in line, I was looking at the propaganda for sale at our local grocery store - they’re STILL making magazines about Michelle Obama and I saw a special issue on Joe Biden, of all people - like ANYONE would want to read puff pieces about HIM!
Nothing whatsoever about Trump, our first lady, or anything positive about our country. No - clearly the publishing industry is run by the enemy.
It sounds like she confirmed that there was a meeting, but when pressed after the fact admitted she did not confirm the allegations that were made about that meeting and which at least 10 people who were known to be there have publicly and vehemently denied were ever said.

I’ve noticed that, too. When it comes down to it, the “we’re on your side, we-the-people!” commentators ALL take off to their mansions for holidays.
I particularly dislike it when they run something like Tucker episode you describe above - I watched about 10 minutes of that before I realized it was all pre-recorded, then turned it off.
Herridge, surprisingly, defected to CBS in late 2019.
She had been with Fox News since Day One.
I am thinking CBS may have offered a compensation package she could not refuse.
That way, CBS can claim it is not politically biased because it hires “Conservative” reporters.
Although I don’t think she’s gay .. she’s been married for 26 years, she had cancer in 2009. She must have decided she liked her hair short.
They always have done this over long. holiday weekends. Nothing sinister about this.
Who says it was a different source? We learned from Spygate that the FBI planted a fake story in the press and then used that story to justify warrants, which apparently they do all the time. Do you really anyone in DC has qualms about lying about even having a source, much less seeking out unique ones?

True but in the years Barky was POTUS Griffin and Catherine Herridge were constantly breaking stories about Barky’s incompetent and malevolent foreign fiascos. Griffin is no lefty.
