During his statement read from a Teleprompter Biden reads “end of quote” after making debunked Social Security claim.

I don’t think we can make any assumption about that blurb. It’s a 7 second clip. If they did that with a Trump statement, we’d all be crying foul.
Show the whole statement in context. Maybe he was actually quoting something.

Having worked for a long time with Dementia patients, I normally would bristle at anything even suggesting mockery or abuse, but Biden’s entire career has been one of evil, so I feel I can joke around a wee bit among friends.
In fact, I think the Manipulators and Jill herself are far more guilty of Elder Abuse than any ribbing we can come up with here on FR.
