This seems to track with Rush’s statement yesterday about Hillary telling Biden, “Never concede”. They know of the plan for voter fraud.
Almost sounds like they're bragging about it.
And it doesn’t have to be.
We know what they are going to try to do, and for the most part, it is both extralegal and a totally bankrupt idea.
California, Oregon, Washington and Nevada are almost certainly going to use this method to the fullest extent they are able, scattergunning ballots all over their venues, and using “ballot harvesters” to collect as many of these otherwise unsullied ballots as possible, totally destroying the validity and integrity of the vote altogether. Real public opinion becomes meaningless, and the thug mobocracy will dominate at all levels. Civil government in those localities will quickly be abandoned, and a secession movement may take place with exceeding rapidity. Nobody deserves a government like this, not even the people who brought it about.

They know they are going to lose.
They know even after the dust settles they are going to lose.
They just want to steal President Trump’s thunder by questioning the results as long as possible.
They have no hopes of actually winning or even stealing the election.
They just want to must the waters, mute the victory as much as possible, so as to prevent him from claiming a “mandate“.
Good luck with that. It won’t work. President Trump will certainly claim a mandate - that’s what he does.
He will probably win the popular vote by a healthy margin and win 370-380 electoral college votes. But if he wins only 310-320, he will call it the greatest landslide ever.
War it is. It has already begun in Kenosha and Portland.

The ballots that are mailed-— have to get somewhere to be counted. There are lots of Postal Inspectors (federalized police against mail fraud) to be watching the “sort” by the Postal Union members who support Biden (there are 3 Postal Unions btw, carriers, counterpeople, and the mail sorters— all of them rabid Leftists with Pension gimmees ).
