The Washington D.C. Circuit Court of appeals has ruled 8-2 General Michael Flynn will not have his case dismissed as the Department of Justice has requested and must move forward with yet another hearing.

Sadly, if they had not sued, and won, months ago, this case would probably be over.
Sadly, the “Barr” DOJ assaulted General Flynn for over a year before deciding to dismiss the case. Many of Mueller’s thugs went back to their comfy perches in the “Barr” DOJ and continued their misconduct without any substantive reply from Bagpipe Bill.
I keep hearing this said, but I have yet to hear anyone explain why Flynn can't expose what he knows right now. He could have done it even before the DOJ asked to drop the case, certainly can do it now without any fear of retribution. Sullivan can't do anything to him for exposing wrongdoing. so why must he wait until his case is final?
They just have to keep him from talking until the election. It’s all filthy dem politics,as usual.

Barr ought to investigate Judge Sullivan for corruption.
A pardon indicates no such thing. If there is a miscarriage of justice, a pardon is a remedy and clears the person of any record.
Judges are now prosecutors.

Can someone explain that to me? I get that Flynn is consumed with the progress or lack thereof of the case, but, why can’t Flynn be talking to Ratcliffe NOW, while Sidney is handling the legal muck? If he knows where all the skeletons are, then why keep it in his head? As far as I know, there’s no ‘Flynn can’t talk to anyone in the government on unrelated stuff’.
My thought too. Maybe he is saving it all for his book.
So walk in day one and say, “The prosecution rests”. Have Flynn’s lawyer move for summary judgment as the DOJ has failed to prove its case and move on. If you need to waste everyone’s time......
I have never understood why Barr tried to dismiss an adjudicated case, rather than filing a motion to dismiss based on facts discovered subsequent to verdict . Someone please clarify.
Obviously Sullivan is not going to dismiss; he'll sentence Flynn to prison.
The mMerica/American-hating Democrat/Left Party must keep this going so Trump has to pardon Flynn on election eve.

And where the defendant withdrew his guilty plea.
This road can go a few different routes, but at the end of every route, Flynn is a free man.
Case won’t be dropped. Sullivan is going to give Flynn about 3 years for lying to the court.

so, the lie that judge sullivan is trying to punish general flynn for telling was when flynn said he was guilty by copping a plea to save his son?
