Winter is coming... Save Our Service sector...we'll give you five grand (that's before tax money, of course).

Leave Chicago. I’d like my $5,000 in 20’s please.

Move the restaurant out of Chicago and into a warm climate.
Where is my check?

I would bet that a majority of these restaurants voted for this crap. Now live with your vote.

You could invite Antifa to Chicago to burn down buildings. The heat should be enough to keep people warm while they eat.
OR...you could put people inside where its warm.

Does this come with BLM and antifa harassment?

Have the outdoor dining take place under a roof with walls. You know, like “inside”. Please remit my $5000.

Sterno, hot plates, insulated dining bibs and wind-screens.
C’mon, it will be fun! And it may start a new fad.
After all, some people pay good money to sleep in an ice palace in Montreal’s winter carnival.

For Chicago I imagine warming a tin of beans over a burn barrel in a back alley as the solution, but they already have that.

Any and all heat designs must be sourced DIRECTLY from either solar or wind generation.
No hydrocarbon-based heating designs are allowed.
Wouldn’t that make your baked Alaska yummy.

I spent two winters in Germany in a Pershing Missile firing battalion. We ate outdoors in the winter all the time, three meals a day, weeks on end.
