i guarantee it wasn’t a lit molotov or anything on fire, it’s just the light. I saw from another clip (gas station argument) one item in the bag, a ‘core hydration’ water bottle. there were other things in there.

here’s the compliant in case you haven’t read it - all based on one witness BTW. The complaint says that the punk was indeed shot in th back, but also says most of the struggle happened while the the punk was trying to get the gun from Kyle. It implies that Kyle got free , circled around and shot him in the back. There is no mention of the wound caliber so one of the many armed punks could have shot Rosenbaum., death shot was from the rear

More often than not at extremely close range as in under 50m the 5.56 doesn’t leave an exit wound especially in the lower thorax. I have seen many internal bleed outs with only a .223 inch entry wound barely dripping blood as the whole lower abdomen sweels up like a tick it’s not pretty but it is fairly quick. At short range the little 55gr fmj fragments to hundreds of sharp highvelocity pieces after a few inches of flesh penetration and if it hits a bone like a pelvis it shatters the bone into shards and the bullet as well. People drop like a sack of potatoes when hit in the pelvis the ability to stand and support any weight is instantly removed. We teach it as a point of aim for moving combatants to instantly remove their ability to keep moving under their own power.

Hydrostatic shock

Likely. If you’re not squeamish about hunting videos, here’s one of a near miss on a deer with a .50 BMG. It attests to the energy carried by a bullet, and the energy of a shock wave.

Naa, just a big chunk of muscle, nerves and tendons missing. His arm will never have the mobility it once had. He’ll need physical therapy just to be able to use a fork and knife. It’s not like his arm was laying on the ground unattached from his body. Even then, it could be reattached.

You can’t be for “defunding the police” and against “vigilantism” at the same time.

Thanks for the new tagline

I believe you were owed reparations as a FReeper who is unpaid but providing humor here. The paid movie and standup comedy world owes you reparations so it was not stolen. We have learned so much from BLM and the Dems./s

Puts me in mind of Donald Sutherland’s decision to take a flat fee, rather than a few percentage points in the gross take of a movie he made:Animal House

Animal House? Was that one of those drive-in B movies? Can't quite place it.

Don't put me on Double Secret Probation. I was just kidding.

I’ve got a chair from the Erb Memorial Union on the U of O campus, scene of the infamous food fight. It was re-covered from the orange(? ) in the movie to green. It has years marked on the underside...I presume indicating inspections of serviceability. They got rid of them, at some point, and I guy I lived with in college had this one.

Irreplaceable chair....
Wow. Hold onto that. Comedy classic artifacts deserve historic preservation.
