Newly emerged online video and photos apparently shows one of alleged Kenosha, Wisconsin shooter Kyle Rittenhouses victims holding a handgun during the encounter as the suspects lawyer insists his client was acting in self-defense.
In the footage, Rittenhouse, a 17-year-old Illinois resident, can be seen allegedly shooting his third and only surviving victim Gaige Grosskreutz in the arm as the Grosskreutz apparently holds a handgun.
Prosecutors say Rittenhouse shot Grosskreutz, 26, shortly after fatally gunning down Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26, late Tuesday during protests over the Sunday police-shooting of 29-year-old Jacob Blake in the city.
The teen shooting suspect was charged with six criminal counts including first-degree intentional homicide and attempted homicide but his lawyer L. Lin Wood insists that Rittenhouse acted in self-defense.
According to Rittenhouses criminal complaint filed Thursday in Kenosha County Circuit Court, an unarmed Rosenbaum had followed Rittenhouse into a used car lot and a Daily Caller reporter identified as Richard McGinnis was trailing behind them.
At the lot, Rosenbaum attempted to throw a plastic bag at Rittenhouse and McGinnis, who witnessed the incident, told authorities that Rosenbaum tried to grab Rittenhouses Smith & Wesson AR-15 style .223 rifle before he was shot.

“Id like to know how many of these people were released from prison due to Wuhan Virus? How many of them are homeless people being paid to riot by Simon Bar Sinister (aka George Soros) organizations.

Sorry. Link in my reply did not work right but scroll down and you will see a side by side pic of Soros and Simon Bar Sinister of Underdog fame.
Nothing of any use for first aid, as would be expected of a “Paramedic”.
Sounds likely. I’d improve by using cat litter instead of sawdust.
“I still dont think the Pedophile Rosenbaum was hit with a 5.56 round.”
There was a narrative of his injuries posted last night, from a medical report. It said that Rosenbaum had FOUR wounds: One to his right groin area; one to his hand; one to his diaphragm/lung; and a GRAZE wound to his head.
When I first saw (in videos) Rosenbaum on the ground, immediately after he collapsed, the only wound I saw was the head wound; and I remarked at that time that it did not at all look like a 5.56 or .223 entry wound, but more like a .22LR or a .380ACP, UNLESS it was a graze wound from a 5.56.
This is Gaige Grosskreutz ... making online confessions that he intended to murder Kyle Rittenhouse.
Idiots are making it too easy.
It looks like a sub-compact Glock, possibly a Glock 42 (.380ACP) or a Glock 43 (9mm).
Where?
Post 81 is the best picture I have seen. It sure looks like a flame. For the DA to say plastic bag is a travesty.
Who can throw a plastic bag? The aerodynamics are all wrong.
Unless the bag has something in it, it has too little weight and too much surface area to be thrown.
R&R Law Group on youtube has a pretty good breakdown on the video and audio of this. Somebody shot a handgun and then all heck breaks loose. I’m just wondering if the first shot was actually fired by the armed armless dude. Once Kyle took off down the street he chased and caught up and was about to pop off a round into Kyle but got hit before he could do it. Whoever fired that first shot is who escalated the whole situation instantly.
The skateboard is the new weapon of choice. You are less likely to be arrested for carrying a skateboard in a riot than if you are carrying a tire iron or crow-bar.
i read elsewhere the first thug was shot 4 times, and the shot to head supposedly superficial..
Thanks that’s what I saw on the video stream that night.
Don’t know if it was posted or not, but gun did NOT cross state lines:

When you start manufacturing facts to support false accusations, you get into trouble under the law of defamation. Kyle did not carry a gun across state lines. The gun belonged to his friend, a Wisconsin resident. The gun never left the State of Wisconsin.
Truth always prevails.
I don't think it is on fire. The pictures support a bag with an object in it, but no flame -- just a yellowish color of the bag.
The reason is that there is no optical distortion of the items behind the bag. Look at the door and window over the door behind and above the bag. The edges are straight and well-defined. They would be blurry and distorted if there was any significant heat coming from a burning bag.
My qualifications to say this are that I have an engineering Ph.D. and worked in the optical science department of a major aerospace company for decades.
I think that a bag containing an object is still an attack.
That’s the pocket of his cheap shorts. It it full of something heavy to be flopping out like that.
Expensive properly tailored shorts would have anchored pockets that won’t “fall” out of the leg opening.
I remember a video with a view more behind the object being thrown in this picture and something hitting the pavement and it looked like a flash of red but the red disappeared very quickly. I also don’t know if it was the same object. I am not an expert by any means. From what I read the deceased tried to grab the rifle which led more to him getting shot. The trial will be interesting.
This sequence, and the immediate prior actions leading up to it is unclear, but an empty plastic bag being thrown doesn’t hold water. At least the DA is admitting the deceased threw something.
Is that a semi auto pistol in his right hand? Looks it.

See my post 23 regarding two videos at the dealership and my conjecturing. Although after looking at it again, the guy just to the left of the right-most light when the shots go off is probably reporter McGinnis and not the pistol shooter.
The pistol shooter is still behind (screen right) based on McGinnis’s comments to Tucker Carlson.
They'll find something and there will be costs to Kyle for defense......
As a side note, the HOA where Zimmerman lived was sued by Trayvon Martin's family......
