Biden isn’t wrong, but he’s right in a way that he probably wouldn’t understand even if he was in his right mind. The Obama effort to cozy up to the Iranians brought Israel and the Arabs into a closer partnership because they each saw a common existential enemy and no guarantee that America would step up to protect them. So yes, Obama’s foreign policy was so awful for the middle east it actually brought Israel and Arab countries together.

I was reading today that college students were asked about the student loan payment deferral, thanks to Pres. Trump. They were told it was a Biden proposal, and they were pleased.
I’d like to see someone do this to Joe Biden. Mention a Trump idea or achievement, credit it to Obama, and see what he says. :D
