Barack Obama, Joe Biden and Susan Rice's conduct in the waning days of their administration in 2016 and 2017 was nothing short of treasonous. It wasn't treason, per se, but surely it was nothing short of treason.
Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and Susan Rice coordinated an effort to investigate, surveil and spy on members of the Trump campaign, members of the Trump Administration, and President Trump himself. And, to carry out the plan, they required members of the new administration to continue carrying out the directions of Obama, the former president, at the expense of Trump, the new president.

Or, “It WAS treason; it wasn’t short of treason.“ would make sense.
But what the author wrote was nonsensical waffling mush.
It’s not sedition or treason until those “in charge” say it is ... then, even more rare, have the cajones to actually do something about it.
The treason started on Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009 and involved ALL of our elected and appointed.
Not ONE of them honored their oath to the Constitution and allowed an ineligible usurper to run wild for eight long years corrupting our entire government.
Barack Obama was precisely what the founders were trying to prevent with the natural born citizen requirement.
I never did like the adverb “per se”. It’s rarely needed as a qualifier; and it really means that the writer lacks talent.
Finally! Someone has spoken it. That is what the prophecies have been saying since early 2018. They said it goes all the way up to Obunga and the Supremes. Several black robes will be tried. There will be capital punishment for several individuals, and serious prison sentences for MANY others in both parties.
