The ship has sailed..... while there are some who will simply shrug off the higher taxes many won’t. There are also many who resent being treated like evil people. The pandemic has allowed them to see the virtue of a life elsewhere and there is no indication New York will normalize in the next year.
Cuomo and da Mayor chose poorly. It is going to take New York City a long time to recover and given the politics it may not. Factual observation.
Maybe if Cuomo got rid of DeBlasio and broke up NYC into five or more separate cities.
