The three Republican candidates who have a real shot are Eyeman, Joshua Freed, and Loren Culp. Inside (unfortunately) will be the Dem candidate.”

I like Eyeman but didn’t think he could win due to years of lib hostility toward him. I voted for Culp but would be happy with any of the Republicans.

Just don’t listen to the Democrats.

Newt Gingrich: Dems’ attempt to flip Senate could be determined by this Republican primary Tuesday
Fox News
Newt Gingrich
August 1, 2020

“The Democrats have invented Sunflower State PAC, which has already spent $2.5 million propping up Kobach and attacking Congressman Roger Marshall, R-Kan. The PAC will spend another $2.2 million against Marshall before the primary Tuesday.

As James Arkin reported in Politico on July 15: “Sunflower State has apparent ties to Democrats. The media buyer used to place the ad, Old Town Media, was also used to place more than $11 million in ads from Unite the Country, the pro-Joe Biden super PAC that spent heavily in the Democratic presidential primary. Sunflower State also holds its account at Amalgamated Bank, which is used by Senate Majority PAC,...”

See Marshall’s positions for yourself. Looks like a straight conservative, especially on our Second Amendment.

I would love Kobach, but have a couple concerns. When he was in the running for the cabinet position it seems like he leaked as self promotion. Then more recently there have been many ads run by the democrats to boost his win because they feel he will be easy to beat in the general election. I’ve not heard him renounce any of those ads and it causes concern that he would then be beholden to the dims should he pull off the win. This was a very tough primary for me, they are usually much more clear cut.

Just voted in Michigan. Red in a sea of blue. Really hoping to rid our area of Andy Levin, so need a good fighter to defeat him. John James is running unopposed to go up against Senator Gary Peters. He came so close to defeating Debbie Stabenow, I have hope.

I would love to have Kobach as my new Senator, but it won't happen. If he wins the primary, my new Senator will be the Democrat. Reality is a kick in the ass.

That’s the way I feel too. For some reason Kobach is toxic in Kansas elections. Apparently we aren’t as red as we used to be.

Small town KS polling place has been busy today even though early voting was above average. I am working there.

Yavapai County attorney a choice between a Rino and a chomo. Was going to leave it blank but took the Rino.

my amateur assessment looking on from CT:

AZ: Tiffany Shedd looks like she will win tonite. A fine conservative.

MICH:
Shane Hernandez CD#10, is a conservative young star. Has all the right endorsements. Probably the underdog today. No polling available.

https://www.shaneforcongress.com/key_endorsements

In MICH #3, I like
Lynn Afendoulis. But she’s likely the underdog.
https://lynnafendoulis.com/2020/06/26/endorsement-list/

I will post my Kansas thoughts below.

“They are trying to sneak in Medicare for all in Missouri ..”

Medicare is a federal program. Missouri law has nothing to do with it. Amendment 2 has to do with Medicaid expansion in the state; Medicaid is a joint federal/state program.

KANSAS

In KS, I wouldn’t mind seeing the incumbent Watkins go down. An oddity is that National RIght to Life has endorsed Watkins and their local affiliate Kansans for Life has endorsed Laturner.

IN KS #3, all 3 would be a big plus for conservatives ... by getting elected to Congress. Each with a different background. it makes it a bit dull when there is no RINO to defeat.

Anyone out there wanna weigh in on Kansas 3?

I’ve gotten a lot of e-mails from Adrienne Vallejo Foster. From first appearances, she looks and sounds conservative.

Sara worked for Congressman Dennis Moore (D-Kansas) in 2004. Sara

Notice they always get these communist issues on the ballot as a constitutional amendment to prevent the legislature from correcting it.

Apparently we aren’t as red as we used to be.

I don't think that we ever were. Remember, all of those Free Staters in Lawrence were New England Republicans.

You must have missed this post I made yesterday,

MI-10 (I put “3” by mistake) Poll from Club for Growth Pac, from Mid July

State Rep. Hernandez 33
Lisa McClain 27
General Slocum 10%
Undec 30%

https://www.clubforgrowth.org/club-for-growth-pac-poll-shane-hernandez-leading-field-in-mi-10/

BTW, Tony Gonzales (Trump and most people pick) won the TX-23 runoff by either 45 or 46 votes (unclear) over Cruz Pick Raul Reyes. He carried the Bexar county portion by 20 points.

Reyes is asking for a recount

Rats have a real candidate in KS-3 in the person of the Mayor of Topeka. If nothing is wrong with LaTurner why even slightly risk the the seat by sticking with Watkins? He’s just a random freshman who won by a tiny margin in the last primary (and nearly lost to the rat), to heck with him says I.

I saw some poll that had Culp ahead of Eyeman. I live far away from WA and wasn’t following the race closely but I assumed Eyeman was almost certain to be the top GOP finisher.

No GOP Governor elected since 1980 (longest rat streak in country, closely followed by Oregon) expecting of course for Governor-Elect Dino Rossi who got jobbed.

Decent people outside of Seattle should be seeing red over this antifa garbage, does one dare to dream?
